Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
client: maplayer: use buildVectorLoader for fairway dimensions too by adding a flag for bbox strategy. I don't know why the fairway dimensions need to be loaded all at once for the cross profiles to work, but I left that intact. Also some redundant code was removed.
